My name is Carlos Moffat, I am a professor of Physical Oceanography at the Department of Oceanography at the University of Concepción in Chile. I have set up this website so that friends and colleagues of our Department  can find out more about our situation in the aftermath of the February 27th earthquake, as well as donate to our reconstruction efforts.
